my 'unconscious racism happens when...' manifesto (originally published in the  zine Race Revolt~2) has been translated into Italian and will be published by Veruska Bellistri alongside/in an independent book called Sistren. This piece focuses on common acts of unconscious racism- and how we, as white activists, can raise our consciousness on anti-racism; and avoid the trap of silence, guilt, or passing the educational burden onto feminists of colour (in historical, time-old fashion).

"Sistren explores the intersection between race, class, gender, sexuality through the lens of self-identified queers/lesbians/feminists coming from slavery, forced migration and the diaspora discourse.
